The gospel is: God’s power unto salvation, Rom. 1:16. The Gospel is God’s Gospel, Rom. 1:1. Paul said the Gospel was His gospel, Rom. 2:16. Have you made it yours? The gospel is “good news!” Man cannot bypass it and be saved. The message is about the Lord Jesus Christ who gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age according to God the Father’s will, Gal. 1:3 and 4. Have you been rescued from this evil age?

Ideas for soul winners!

• The heart of evangelism is spreading the gospel not finding results.
• Bulldog the sinner and you alienate him!
• To pressure a sinner for salvation makes our effort more important than the Spirits call
• Only God knows who will genuinely come to Him in repentance and belief
• The message of the gospel is the most urgent message of all
• Your home is a usable tool for your mission to win others to Christ
• Practice what God calls you to as an ambassador of Christ.
• Christ’s method was friendly, truthful, convicting, compassionate and arresting
